- 1 7g package of dry active yeast
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature
- (Filling)
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup finely chopped apple (approximately one medium apple)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- (Icing)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Butterfinger Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt

Nacho Mama's Skillet Nachos

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F This is best done in a cast-iron skillet
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 bag restaurant size lime flavored tortilla chips
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 jar medium salsa
- 2 cups Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
- 2 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon taco sauce
Pumpkin Bread with Brown Sugar Glaze

Preheat oven to 325F degrees (350F if using a metal loaf pan) Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray

Caramelized Onion and Apple Tarts with Gruyere

- 3 medium sized sweet yellow onions, halved and thinly sliced
