- 2 lbs ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- 1 fresh tomato, chopped
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 dozen crackers crumbled
- 1 green pepper
- 1 medium onion
- Salt and Pepper

- 4 to 6 chicken breast
- 1 can rotel
- 1 can cream of mushroom

- 2 1/2 cups regular rolled oats
- 1 cup wheat flakes
- 1/3 cup Grape Nuts or Whole bran cereal
- 1/3 sliced almonds or pecan pieces
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 lg. onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 cup uncooked minute rice
- 1 cup water chestnuts, drained/chopped finely
- 1 (8 oz) cheese whiz
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup water
Five Flavor Pound Cake

Preheat Oven: 325 degrees 1
- Pound Cake:
- 2 sticks butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1 t. of each coconut, rum, butter, lemon, and vanilla extract
- Glaze:
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 t. of each coconut, rum, almond, vanilla, butter, and lemon extract.
Mexican Shrimp and Avocado Cocktail

Marinate cooked shrimp for 1 hour in lime juice
- 2 lb. shrimp (bay), cooked
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup white onion, minced
- 4 fresh jalepeno chilies, seeded and minced
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- 3 avocados , diced
- 1/4 cup capers, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup cucumbers, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 T. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 t. salt
- Garnish with Lettuce and Chips
