- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup grated cheese
- Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/2 lb. velveta cheese
- 2 cans chopped green chilies
- Flour or Corn Tortillas

My families favorite cookie that started on July 4, 2007 !
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1/4 t. baking soda
- 1 t. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 cups cooking oats
- 1 pkg. chopped pecans

Preheat Oven: 350 degrees Crescent rolls: rolled out onto a cookie sheet
- 1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 pkg. shredded hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
Queso with Sausage

- Brown Butter Icing:
- 1/2 cup butter (room temp.)
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-vegetable shortening
- 2 eggs (add one at a time)
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1 t. ground ginger
- 1 t. nutmeg
- 1/2 t. all spice
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 t. ground cloves
- 2 1/2 cups cooking oats
- 1 1.2 cups chopped walnuts
- 1 cup rasins
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 t. vanilla
- 3 to 4 T. water
Spaghetti Sauce

Hamburger meat: brown with chopped onion and chopped bell pepper
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning
- 1 can tomato sauce/ 1 can water
- 1 can tomato paste/ 1 can water
- 2 T. worcestershire sauce
- 2 T. brown sugar
- 2 t. minced garlic
- Sliced mushrooms (optional)
- Angel hair pasta

- 1 14 oz can fat free sweetened condensed milk.
- 3/4 c. egg substitute
- 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 tsp. grated lime rind, 2 limes
