- 5 ounces graham cracker crumbs, or 1 1/4 cups
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup oil, or melted margarine
- 15 ounces fat free ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup nonfat sour cream
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 eggs, separated
- Zest of 1 lemon, optional
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
- 1 cup nonfat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Easy Banana Cream Pie

PLACE half of the banana slices on bottom of crust
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 ready-to-use reduced-fat graham cracker crumb crust (6 oz.)
- 2-1/2 cups cold fat-free milk
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
