Outside-In Panini

Preheat a panini grill or a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat
- ● 1 large, store-bought focaccia, round or square
- ● 1 OR ciabatta sandwich rolls
- ● 1 large ball fresh mozzarella, thinly sliced
- ● A couple pinches dried oregano
- ● 4 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
- ● 1 small bag sliced pepperoni, (optional)
- ● 1 cup sliced black olives
- ● 2-3 plum tomatoes, sliced
- ● Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ● italian dressing, as desired
30 second vegan chili "cheese" dip

- ● * 1 can vegetarian chili (Try Amy's or Hormel brand vegetarian chili)
- ● * 1 container Tofutti cream cheese

- 1 large container French onion dip
- 1 small sour cream

Angel's Ravioli Alfredo with Mushrooms

Directions Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 1 (20 ounce) package cheese ravioli
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10 ounce) container Alfredo sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes to taste
Chicken Bacon Ranch Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Preheat oven to 400 degrees then line a half sheet pan with a silat or foil
- 1 medium-sized spaghetti squash (about 2-1/2lbs)
- 6 strips bacon, chopped
- 2 chicken breasts (14oz), cut into bite-sized pieces
- homemade seasoned salt (or regular salt) and pepper
- (Combine 5 Tbsp salt, 1 Tbsp paprika (regular, not smoked,) and 2 tsp garlic powder and 2 tsp onion powder)
- 1 shallot or 1/2 onion, chopped
- 5 oz baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
- scant 1 cup ranch dressing (I used Marzetti Simply Dressed)
- 3 eggs, whisked

- ● 1/3 cup parsley flakes

- ● 1/4 tsp pepper

- ● 1/3 cup ketchup
- ● 2 tbsp minced onions

Preheat 350 ℉. Put potatoes in a greased 9x13 pan
- ● 32 oz. frozen hashbrowns
- ● 8 oz. cheese whiz
- ● 8 oz. sour cream, light okay
- ● 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ● 1/2 cup water
- ● 1/2 cup diced onion
- ● 1/2 cup melted butter, divided
- ● 2 cup corn flakes, crushed
Caprese Salad with Balsamic Reduction

Stir balsamic vinegar and honey together in a small saucepan and place over high heat
- 1 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 large tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch slices
- 1 (16 ounce) package fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

- 1 box (10 oz) Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen broccoli & zesty cheese sauce
- 1 can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Flaky Layers refrigerated original biscuits (5 biscuits)

- 1 1/2 cups whole milk or 2% milk
- 1 3/4 cups diced cooked ham
- 1/3 cup chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 cups shredded extra sharp Cheddar cheese (6 oz)

- ● 1/2 pkg Chili-man seasoning mix or another brand chili mix
- ● 1 large can chopped tomatoes
