Ribs- Simple BBQ Ribs

- 2 1/2 pounds country style pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
Loaded Cauliflower

Preheat oven to 425. In a large pot boil water and cook cauliflower for 8-10 minutes, drain and let cool
- 1 large head cauliflower
- 6 -8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 6 tablespoons chopped chives
- 1 ⁄2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese or 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 8 ounces sliced mushrooms (optional)
Jenny's Jambalaya

Cook onion, green pepper and meat, drain
- ● 2 tbsp onion , chopped
- ● as desired green pepper, chopped
- ● 1 lb. ground beef/turkey, browned, drained
- ● 1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, drained, but keep juice
- ● water
- ● 1 tsp salt
- ● 1/2 tsp sugar
- ● 1/4 tsp thyme
- ● 1 small bay leaf
- ● 1/2 cup tomato juice/ v-8/ tomato sauce, (added at end to make meal moister)
- ● 1 1/3 cup instant rice, cooked
Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad

1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 head fresh broccoli, diced
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped
- 1/4 red onion, finely diced
- raisins
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup creamy salad dressing, can use coleslaw dressing or miracle whip or mayo
- 1 1/2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
Southwestern Pasta Salad (vegan)

Good, but needs more liquid
- For the vegan Southwestern pasta salad:
- 12 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 heaped cup black beans (canned)
- 1 1/2 cups corn
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, cut into halves
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into stripes
- 1 avocado, cut into medium-sized chunks
- 3 green onions, cut into rings
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- For the lime dressing:
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika powder
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 splash agave
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
- black pepper
- salt
Sex on the Beach

Instructions Add vodka and peach schnapps to a highball glass over ice
- 1 1/2 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz Orange Juice
Mexican Casserole

Very good! Can be gluten free
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. taco seasoning, divided
- 1 lb. chicken breast, boneless and skinless
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 15 oz. can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup cooked corn
- 2 bell peppers, seeded and sliced or diced
- 2 – 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 4 oz. can diced jalapenos {optional}
- 10 oz. can salsa verde
- Dash coarse salt and ground black pepper
- 8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese
- Cilantro, green onion, avocado, plain Greek yogurt for garnish
- Tortilla chips for serving
Good for You Greek Salad

In shallow salad bowl, or on serving platter, combine tomatoes, cucumber, and onion
- 3 large ripe tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 6 black Greek olives, pitted and sliced
Sausage, Cheddar & Hash Brown Bake

Potatoes need something..
- ● 15 oz frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
- salt, pepper
- ● 1 pkg. (16 oz.) Johnsonville Italian All Natural Ground Sausage
- ● 3/4 cup chopped onion, didn't use
- ● 12 eggs
- ● 1 cup milk
- ● 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- ● 1/2 tsp onion powder
- ● 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- ● 1 tsp. salt
- ● 1/2 tsp. pepper
- ● 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Ice cream in a bag

In a small Ziplock bag, put: half and half, sugar,vanilla
- 1/2 C. half and half (milk works too)
- 1 Tbps. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup of salt, I used sea salt.
