Potatoes- Roasted Sweet and Plain Potatoes

Bake at 425 for 30-45 min or til potatoes are fork tender
- ● 4 medium Baked Potatoes, cubed/quartered
- ● 1 Sweet Potato, peeled cubed/quartered
- ● 1-2 Tbsp olive oil
- ● 1 pkg Lipton Onion Soup
Sweet Potato Fries

- House Seasoning:
- Olive Oil, for tossing
- 5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch long slices, then 1/4-wide inch strips, using a crinkle cut knife
- 1 tablespoon House Seasoning (recipe follows)
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup salt
- 1/4 cup black pepper
- 1/4 cup garlic powder
Meatballs/Cocktail Weinies- Mom's

Combine Sauce ingredients and heat
- ● 2 lb. meatballs, OR
- ● 50 count cocktail weinies
- Sauce
- ● 1 jar chili sauce
- ● 10 oz. grape jelly
Tomato Sauce

Preheat oven to 325℉ 1. Slice tomatoes in half long-wise and scoop out pulp inside
- ● 20 roma tomatoes, regular size (enough to fit 2 9x13 pans- tomatoes cut in half
- ● olive oil
- ● 1 tbsp fresh oregano, (or 2 tsp dried)
- ● 1 tbsp fresh thyme, (or 2 tsp dried)
- ● 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- ● black pepper, couple of grinds over tomatoes
- ● 2 tsp garlic , minced
- ● 1 cup onion, red, yellow, or white, doesn't matter
- ● 1 cup chardonnay, (or any cheap white wine)
Lasagna

- 1 lb bulk Italian or pork sausage or ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 16 ounce can diced tomatoes, undrained
- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
- 6 ounce can tomato paste
- 2 tsp dried basil, crushed
- 1 tsp salt
- 8-10 dried lasagna noodles
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 eggs
- 24 ounce container ricotta cheese ,drained or cream-style cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp parsley flakes
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese or 1 pound mozzarella thin slices
- 1/4 Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Broccoli and Rice

- ● 1/2 cup chopped onion
- ● 1 stick margarine
- ● 24 oz. broccoli, frozen
- ● 8 oz. cheese whiz
- ● 1 can cream of celery soup
- ● 1 cup rice, cooked
- ● 1/2 cup milk
No-Fuss Peanut Butter Bars

- ● 1 cup sugar
- ● 1 cup peanut butter, preferably chunky
- ● 1 large egg
- ● 1 (12 oz.) bag semisweet chocolate chips
Almond-Crusted Tilapia

1. Beat the eggs with the lemon pepper and garlic pepper until blended; set aside
- ● 2 eggs
- ● 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- ● 1 tsp. garlic pepper

- ● 8 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets

- 7 to 8 large (9 cups) tart cooking apples, peeled, cored, sliced 1/4-inch
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 Land O Lakes® Eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Butter, melted
- Ice cream, if desired
Honey Apple Pork Chops

- ● 4 4 oz boneless loin chops, 1 inch thick
- ● 1 1/2 cup cider or apple juice
- ● 1/4 cup lemon juice
- ● 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- ● 2 Tbsp. honey
- ● 1 garlic clove, minced (1/8 tsp minced garlic)
- ● 1/4 tsp pepper
