In a large saucepan, saute the onion, celery and garlic in butter until tender

- ● * 4 cups chicken broth
- ● * 1 package (10 ounces) frozen green peas
- ● * 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
- ● * 2 cups biscuit/baking mix
- ● * 2 tsp. dried basil
- ● * 2/3 cup milk
Corn- Grilled Cheesy Corn-On-The-Cob

*Preheat grill to medium-high
- 1 sheet (18x24-inches) Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
- 4 ears corn on the cob, husked
- 1/4 cup butter, softened, or olive oil
- 2 tablespoons KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 ice cubes
Couscous with Grilled Vegetables

1. Spritz vegetables with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- ● 2 small zucchini, quartered lengthwise
- ● 1/2 medium eggplant, sliced widthwise 1/2 inch thick
- ● 1 medium sweet red pepper, quartered
- ● 1 small onion, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- ● 3/4 tsp. salt, divided
- ● 1/2 tsp. pepper, divided
- ● 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
- ● 1 package (10 ounces) couscous
- ● 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- ● 4-1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- ● 2-1/4 tsp. minced fresh thyme or 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
Marshmallows

1. Dissolve in 3/4 cup cool water in gelatin in Kitchen Aid mixing bowl
- ● 3/4 cup cool water
- ● 4 envelopes knox gelatin
- ● 3/4 cup water
- ● 3 cup sugar
- ● 1 1/4 cup light Karo syrup
- ● 1/4 tsp salt
- ● 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- ● 2-3 cups powdered sugar
Baked Turkey Quinoa Meatballs

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1 lb lean ground turkey
- 2/3 cup quinoa, cooked
- 3 garlic cloves, minced or pressed
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 tsp dried basil and oregano
- 2 cups of tomato sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Lettuce leaves

- ● 4 large baking potatoes, baked
- ● 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- ● 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- ● 1/2 tsp. salt
- ● 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- ● 1/4 tsp. paprika
- ● 1/8 tsp. pepper
- ● 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- ● 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- ● 1/2 cup sour cream
- ● 4 green onions, sliced
Honey Glazed Ham

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- ● 1 (5 pound) ready-to-eat ham
- ● 1/4 cup whole cloves
- ● 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
- ● 2 cups honey
- ● 2/3 cup butter
Taco Seasoning

Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon powder sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
