  • 1 1/2 c warm water (110-115)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c butter, softened
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 5 3/4 to 6 1/4 c all purpose flour
  • Cinnamon Rolls:
  • 1 recipe Easy Overnight Dough
  • 1 c packed brown sugar
  • 4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c softened butter, divided
  • Glaze:
  • 2 c confectioners' sugar
  • 1/4 c half and half cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
