Overnight Dough/Cinnamon Rolls

- Dough:
- 2 pkg (1/4 oz ea) active dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c warm water (110-115)
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c butter, softened
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 5 3/4 to 6 1/4 c all purpose flour
- Cinnamon Rolls:
- 1 recipe Easy Overnight Dough
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c softened butter, divided
- Glaze:
- 2 c confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 c half and half cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Slow Cooker Sausage Breakfast Casserole

1. Spray a 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 1 pkg. (26-32 ounces) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean® Hearty Original Sausage Crumbles
- 2 cup (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup julienne-cut sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil, drained
- 6 green onions, sliced
- 12 eggs
- 1/2 cups milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Puppy Chow

Melt chips, peanut butter, and butter
- ● 7-9 cup Rice Chex or Crispix
- ● 1/2 cup peanut butter
- ● 1/2 stick margarine
- ● 1/2-1 tsp vanilla
- ● 1 cup chocolate chips
- ● 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
Taco Dip

Very runny base with cream cheese and sour cream mixture
- ● 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- ● 1 (16 ounce) container nonfat sour cream
- ● 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
- ● 1/4 head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and shredded
- ● 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ● 3 chopped tomatoes
- ● 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- ● 1 (2.25 ounce) can black olives, drained
Slow Simmered Meat Sauce w Pasta

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon olive oil $
- 2 cups chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped carrot $
- 6 garlic cloves, minced $
- 2 (4-ounce) links hot Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 pound ground sirloin $
- 1/2 cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup no-salt-added tomato paste
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar $
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 (28-ounce) can no-salt-added crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup no-salt-added tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 16 ounces uncooked mafaldine pasta
- 1/2 cup torn fresh basil
- 3 ounces shaved fresh Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Mashed Potato Casserole

1. Stir together cream cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, sour cream til smooth; smooth aside
- ● 3 ounce cream cheese, softened
- ● 1 tsp garlic salt
- ● 1/4 tsp pepper
- ● 1/2 cup sour cream
- ● 2 1/2-3 baking potatoes, 6 pot=2 1/2 lb, 12 pot=5 lb
- ● 2 tbsp butter/margarine
- ● paprika
Chicken Noodle Soup

In a large pot over medium heat, melt butter
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery4
- 2 boxes chicken broth
- 1 box vegetable broth
- 1/2 pound chopped cooked chicken breast
- 1 1/2 cups egg noodles
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/4-1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 1/2 can cream of chicken soup (optional- I didn’t use)
Grilled Tilapia

Good! I didn't make salsa- used "Fish" recipe topping after grilling tilapia and served with topping
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
- Salsa
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
Fried Rice

Cook and stir onion, green pepper in oil til tender
- ● 1/4 cup chopped onion, optional
- ● 2 Tbsp chopped green pepper, optional
- ● 2 Tbsp oil
- ● 2 cup cooked rice
- ● 1 5oz water chestnuts, thinly sliced, drained, optional
- ● 1 3oz sliced mushrooms, drained
- ● 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- ● 3 eggs, beaten
Huevos Rancheros

- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup prepared chunky cilantro salsa, divided
