Hawaiian Pork Roast

1. Place the roast on a 22x18-in
- 1 boneless pork shoulder butt roast (3 to 4 pounds)
- 4 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 unpeeled ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup water
Vegetable Soup

Mix all ingredients and heat
- 32 oz beef broth (gluten free if needed). (Use vegetable broth if needs to be vegan/vegetarian)
- 16 oz beef broth or chicken broth (GF if needed)
- 1/2 large can tomato juice\
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- frozen vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans, potatoes) or any vegetables that are desired
- Chili powder to taste
- Couple shakes of basil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Hard boiled eggs in toaster oven

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

In an electric food processor, combine garlic, garbanzo beans, tahini, and lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
- 1/3 cup tahini (or sesame seeds roasted til fragrant, mashed with olive oil til paste forms)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup roasted red peppers
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
