Joy's Chicken and Noodles- Crockpot

1. Put all ingredients in crock pot except noodles
- 1 1/2 lb skinless boneless chicken (thighs are always good in crockpot)
- 25 oz cream of chicken soup
- Large can of chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- Pkg wide egg noodles
Kayti's Chicken Spaghetti

1. Cook spaghetti in a large pot
- ● 1 cooked chicken, bone and skin removed (I use a grocery rotisserie chicken)
- ● 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ● 1 can cream of chicken soup
- ● 1 can cream of tomato soup
- ● 1 16 oz. can of diced tomatoes
- ● 1 16 oz. box of spaghetti
- ● 4- 6 oz. velveeta, cubed (regular or 2%)
- ● You may add any of the following according to taste, 1 chopped onion, minced garlic, 1 c. sliced mushrooms, 1 chopped green pepper, or 1 small chopped zucchini.
Green Beans-Japanese Style

Warm a large skillet or wok over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 pound fresh green beans, washed
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds or sliced almonds
Cream of Broccoli Cheese Soup

- ● 1/2 medium onion , chopped, fine
- ● 6 tbsp margarine
- ● 8 tbsp flour, (1/2 cup)
- ● 4 cups 2% milk, (1 quart)
- ● 1 bunch broccoli, stems, leaves removed
- ● 1 cup chicken broth, can use water if needed
- ● 8 slices american cheese

- ● 3 of these pasta:, 1 cup rigatoni, 1 cup mostoccioli, 1/2 cup rotini, 1/2 cup shells
- ● 1 lb. ground beef
- ● 1 medium onion , chopped
- ● 1 medium green bell peppers, chopped
- ● 3 oz. pepperoni, sliced
- ● 15 1/2 oz. spaghetti sauce
- ● 1 cup cream style cottage cheese
- ● 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, grated (2 cups)

1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- ● 2 tbsp. chopped onion, (I didn't use)
- ● 2 tbsp. butter
- ● 2 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, can use mushroom if needed
- ● 1 cup milk
- ● 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ● 1 cup diced ham
- ● 6 oz. spaghetti
- ● 2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- ● 2 cup frozen broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
- ● 1 can mushrooms
- ● celery salt, to taste...maybe 1/4 tsp?, just sprinkled in

- Jif creamy 1 3/4 c, Brand used to matter when we first started making them,
- salted butter 2 sticks- very softened!
- Powdered sugar 5 1/2 - 7 cups
- 1 bag quality semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 bar paraffin-able to buy in the canning section.
- Double boiler for melting choc and paraffin.
- All of those for 1 batch. I think 2 batches will be more than enough, Maybe even 1 batch.

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper or dash of cayenne, optional
- 1 small clove garlic
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
