Italian Herb Bread II

Rest of family thought was good! Mike didn't really like, but he doesn't like "dipping" bread
- 2/3 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons dry milk powder
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning (or thyme, rosemary, & oregano)
- 1 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Gravy

- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- Fresh green beans
- Minced garlic
- Salt
- Pepper
- Onion powder
- 1 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
Turkey Enchiladas

1. In a large saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients
- ● 3 cups cubed cooked turkey
- ● 1 cup chicken broth
- ● 1 cup cooked long grain rice
- ● 2 plum tomatoes, chopped
- ● 1 medium onion, chopped
- ● 1/2 cup canned chopped green chilies
- ● 1/2 cup sour cream
- ● 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- ● 1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
- ● 1 tsp. ground cumin
- ● 8 flour tortillas (10 inches)
- ● 1 can (28 ounces) green or red enchilada sauce, divided
- ● 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided

- Italian Dressing or Teriyaki Sauce (Delicious with teriyaki!)

Mary Alice's Hoagie Dip Revipe
- 1 medium onion
- 2 pickled pepperoncini peppers
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1 large tomato, halved and seeded
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced genoa salami
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced ham
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced prosciutto
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced roast turkey
- 1/4 pound deli-sliced provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 10 -to-12-inch round loaf Italian bread (personally I would keep this out)
- 8 hoagie rolls, cut into pieces, for dipping
