Winter Salad with Sage Vinaigrette

Mostly for the dressing - omit the pomegranate seeds
- 1 head romaine lettuce or 3 large hands full of baby spinach
- 3 medium oranges (optional)
- 2 -3 small pomegranates (omit)
- 1 hand full pecans
- 3 .5-5 oz Gorgonzola
- (100-150g, or any other blue cheese)
- 1 Tbsp dijon mustard (grain)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 4 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 large sage leaves

- 4 7-ounce skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan, Pecorino, or Asiago cheese (about 1 1/2 ounces)
- 1/2 cup panko (Japanese breadcrumbs)
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 2 tablespoons chopped flat-leaf parsley
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped, divided
- 2 large hearts of romaine, halved lengthwise
- 4 anchovy fillets packed in oil, drained, chopped
- 1 lemon, cut into 8 wedges

- 1 cup (real) mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup buttermilk (more as needed to reach desired consistency)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
- 3 teaspoons white vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

- 2 thin cut strip steaks (approx. 1/2#)
- Onion, chopped thin slices
- Mushrooms, 5 med-large, about thinly sliced
- Baby spinach, fresh
- Garlic, fine mince
- Maple bourbon
- Agave syrup
- Butter
- Muenster cheese slices
- Blue/Gorgonzola cheese crumbles

Chinese Chicken and Broccoli

Very good. Maybe needs a little more sauce, or thin the sauce some
- Marinade:
- 2 2 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces (I used one large, cut into thin slices)
- 1 1 head 1 large head of broccoli, crowns only, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- Water chestnuts (optional)
- 1 1 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 2 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 2 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 1 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy
- grated ginger
- Sauce:
- 1/4 1/4 1 cup + 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 2 2 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 4 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 2 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 1 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 1 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 2 2 tablespoons water
- Finish with sesame oil
