Italian dressing

Chop garlic in mini-processor
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar (white balsamic)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled (or pesto)
- 1/4 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- dizzle agave nectar - less than 1 t
Whole Wheat Bread - Honey

- 3/4 cup 0% milk
- 2 T honey
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 c whole wheat flour
- 1 c bread flour
- 1 t yeast
- 1 T butter
WHITE CASTLE HAMBURGERS

Mix all ingredients together (except dinner rolls)
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. water
- 1/3 c. bread crumbs
- 3 pkg. Pepperidge Farm dinner rolls
Cauliflower in Cheese Sauce

Remove the leaves from the cauliflower, rinse it well and then cut out the core
- 4 ounces cheese, grated
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg, fresh grated if possible
French Onion Chicken

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 pounds onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour (GF use Domata)
- 2 cups beef broth or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound chicken breasts or thighs
- (optionally boneless and skinless)
- salt and pepper to taste

- 14 lemons
- 6 1/3 cups /1.5 liters water
- 2 1/3 pounds/1050 grams sugar
Chicken Scarpiello

Directions Coat a large, wide pan with olive oil and bring the pan to a medium-high heat
- Extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 pound fennel sausage, cut into bite- size pieces (used 2 chicken apple sausages)
- 2 (3-pound) chickens, cut into 8 to 10 pieces with bone left intact
- Kosher salt (use 4 chicken thighs, skin-on, BONELESS)
- 1 Spanish onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 3 cloves garlic, smashed and finely chopped
- 3/4 cup white wine (1/2 c)
- 1 cup quartered hot cherry peppers (WAY too much, use 1/8 c sliced)
- 1/2 cup hot cherry pepper juice, from the jar (WAY too much, use 1/8 cup)
- 1 cup chicken stock, plus a little more if needed
- 3 sprigs fresh oregano, picked and chopped (used dried. also crushed fennel seeds)

- Gel Food Coloring {NOT liquid}
- Foil
- Vegetable Oil Spray
- Shortening {large spoon full}

- ½ cup long grain brown rice
- 1 ¼ cups chicken broth
