Make Ahead Cheeseburger Lasagna

1 Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
- 3 tablespoons instant minced onion
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 egg
- 1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar-American cheese blend (8 oz)
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, sliced, if desired
- 1/2 cup dill pickle slices, if desired
Twice Baked Potatoes Makeover

HEAT oven to 400ºF. PIERCE potatoes in several places with tip of sharp knife
- 3 large baking potatoes (2-1/4 lb.)
- 1/2 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup thin green onion slices
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
- 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Shrimp Croquettes

- 3/4 lb cooked shrimp
- 3 Tbs Crisco
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tbs Chopped onion
- 1 tsp snipped parsley
- 1 Tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash pepper
- dash paprika
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbs water
- 1 pkg frozen peas

- 12 NILLA Wafers

Cheesy Chicken & Rice Casserole

1.Heat the oven to 375°F
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Creamy Cheesy Potato

You just need to use good Ol` Idaho potatoes
- 5 to 6 potatos
- 1 pint of whipping cream or half&half (8x9 - 1.5 cups)
- 2 cups grated cheese (colby or sharp cheddar)
- Sprinkle of parmesan
Crock Pot Beer Chicken

Place all ingredients in the
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts (I used 8 breasts, 4oz ea)
- 1 bottle or can of your favorite beer (I used Guinness)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

- 3 cups each tightly packed torn romaine lettuce and arugula leaves
- 2 cups each halved cherry tomatoes, sliced fresh mushrooms and blanched cut fresh green beans
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

POUR broth and water into large saucepan; stir
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 pkg. (9 oz. each) refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 lb shrimp
- 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3/4 cup KRAFT Finely Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
- 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
