Pumpkin Bread with Sweet Glaze

Mix all dry ingredients together
- 3 cups all-purpose flour (or substitute with whole wheat)
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Topping
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Cinnamon Roll Bites

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- for biscuits:
- 1-12 oz refrigerator biscuits - I used these
- 3 TBSP butter, melted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- for glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 TBSP butter, melted and cooled
- 1 TBSP vanilla
- 1-2 TBSP milk,
Slow Cooker Chicken and Noodle Casserole

1 In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix chicken, artichokes, pasta sauce and water
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
- 1 can (14 oz) quartered artichokes, drained
- 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- 3 cups uncooked medium egg noodles (5 oz)
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
Vermont Maple-Pumpkin Pie

HEAT oven to 350°F. MIX crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate
- 35 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar, divided
- 3 eggs, divided
- 1-1/4 cups canned pumpkin
- 1 cup canned evaporated milk
- 1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 3/4 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 3 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
Rice Krispie Dippers

1. In large saucepan melt butter over low heat
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 package (10 oz., about 40) JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
- or--
- 4 cups JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg's® Rice Krispies® cereal
- or--
- 6 cups Kellogg's® Cocoa Krispies® cereal
- 18 wooden ice cream sticks
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- or--
- 1 1/2 cups white chocolate morsels
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Multi-colored sprinkles (optional)
Eclair Cake

In a medium bowl, mix together the pudding mix, milk and Cool Whip
- 1 (3.5 oz) package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 (8 oz.) container of Cool Whip
- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 package of graham cracker squares
- 1/2 tub of chocolate frosting
Italian Fettuccine Pie

- Meanwhile, cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package.
- 9-inch medium bowl, beat one of the eggs and the butter. Stir in fettuccine and mozzarella cheese. In ungreased 9-inch quiche dish or pie plate, spoon and press mixture evenly in bottom and up side of dish.
- In small bowl, mix cottage cheese and remaining egg; spread over fettuccine mixture in dish. Sprinkle with broccoli. Spoon beef mixture evenly over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- 30 10 about 30 minutes or until hot in center. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
Pineapple Shrimp

Place butter and olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 8-oz can or pineapple chunks in 100% juice
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire
- 1/4 teaspoon tabasco (use can use more to spice things up if you prefer)
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brandy
- 2 tablespoon fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Tater Tot Breakfast Casserole

This is an easy one-dish casserole that is great for breakfast, brunch, or even breakfast-for-dinner
- 1 pound ground pork breakfast sausage
- 2 to 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 2 pounds frozen tator tots
Broccoli Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mist a 9-by-13-inch baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 pound broccoli, cut into pieces
- 1 (10.75 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar
- 1 stick (1/4 lb.) salted butter, cut into pieces
- Pepper
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed (1/3 of a 12 oz. box)
