- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 beef flank steak (about 2 pounds)
- 2 cups regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 6 cups)

1. Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick, cut into thin strips
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 cups fresh or frozen broccoli florets cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup regular long-grain white rice, prepared according to package directions (about 3 cups)
Crockpot Cheesy Chicken and Rice

Place chicken in bottom of crockpot
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 large onion, chopped (I use Vidalia)
- 1 - 8 ounce box of rice, prepared
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 - 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup (regular or fat free)
- 1 -15 ounce can whole kernel corn, drained
Cinnamon French Toast Casserole

Melt butter and pour on an ungreased 9x13 baking pan
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 cans cinnamon rolls (I used Pilsbury w/ icing)
- 5 eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- Icing from cinnamon rolls

Healthy Maple Pumpkin Muffins

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (165 degrees Celsius)
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or honey
- 2 eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used almond milk)
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, plus more for sprinkling on top
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice or cloves
- 1 3/4 cups whole wheat pastry flour or regular whole wheat flour
- 1/3 cup old-fashioned oats, plus more for sprinkling on top
