Shrimp Cheese Dreams

- 2-3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup drained pineapple
- 1/4 cup chopped ripe olives
- 1 tbsp lemon juice

1.Cream together shortening and milk for about 3 minutes, (it will look like small curd cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups plus 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large egg whites
- confectioner's sugar for dusting
Poppy seed chicken

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Additional Ingredients to make it fancy:
- 5 cups chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers (about 1 1/2 rolls of crackers)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 T poppy seeds
- 1 tsp Worchestire sauce
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Chewy S'more Bars

First butter a 9X13 pan and set aside
- 3/4 of a stick of butter (6 tablespoons)
- 10 oz bag of marshmallows (keep 1 1/2 cups separate)
- 6 cups Golden Grahams Cereal
- 1/2 cup mini Chocolate chips
Cheesy Chicken Roll-ups

HEAT oven to 350°F. Top tortillas with salsa and chicken
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 1/2 cup TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Thick 'N Chunky Salsa
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Italian Style Chicken Stir Fry

- 2 cups instant brown rice
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
Cheesy Ranch Chex Mix

In large microwavable bowl, mix cereal, pretzels, and crackers
- 9 cups Corn Chex, Rice Chex, Wheat Chex (or combination)
- 2 cups bite size pretzel twists
- 2 cups bite size cheese crackers
- 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 package (1 oz) ranch dressing and seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 4 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder

- 1 tsp salt

lasagna roll-ups

- 6 wide lasagna noodles
- 1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 lb. hamburger, browned
