- 1 - 2 TBSP lemon pepper
- 1 bottle beer

Pumpkin Gingersnap Dessert

Turn leftover Pumpkin Puree into a creamy pumpkin cheesecake gingersnap dessert that is quick and easy and NO BAKE!
- 1 250g package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp each allspice, nutmeg and ginger
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1/2 cup icing sugar (powdered)
- 2 cups prepared whipped topping plus more for piping on top of dessert
- 27 gingersnap cookies (whole)
Slow Cooker Pork Chops

- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 TBSP ketchup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
Fruit Dip

In a saucepan, whisk all ingredients, except cool whip, over medium heat until boiled
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 TBSP Flour
- 1/2 cup real maple syrup
- 1 large container of cool whip
- For dipping ~ fruit, cake cubes, cookies, etc

- 1/2 cup butter or margarine

Orzo Salad

- FOR SALAD:
- 1 cup raw orzo, cooked
- 1 TBSP olive oil (for orzo)
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 TBSP red wine vinegar
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 1/2 TBSP dijon mustard
- fresh pepper to taste
- salt to taste
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 each, red, orange and yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach, chopped
- 12 small heirloom tomatoes, cored and quartered
- 1/4 cup feta cheese

- 8 oz shredded cooked chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon, crisped and crumbled

One Pot Italian Chicken and Orzo

Heat olive oil in a large NONSTICK pan over medium high heat until very hot
- 2 chicken breasts chopped into bite size (approx.1 pound)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons pesto, divided
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup zucchini, quartered
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup uncooked orzo
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 14.5 oz. can crushed tomatoes
- 2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon chicken bouillon, optional*
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon salt *
