cook italian sausage and onion until sausage is no longer pink and onion is tender
- 1 lb hot italian sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 14 oz can italian style tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrots
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 TBSP fresh parsley
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup rotini
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Grilled Potatoes with Blue Cheese Dressing

- 2 1/2 lbs small red potatoes
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- 1 TBSP kosher salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 cup buttermilk

- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 900 ml box of chicken broth (4 cups)
- 4 cups water (just refill the chicken broth box)
- 1 can diced tomatoes (28oz)
- 7 stalks celery, chopped
- 5 carrots, chopped
- 1/2 cup red lentils
- 1/4 cup barley
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 2 tsp thyme
- 2 bay leaves

- chicken or hot italian sausage (cooked and chopped)

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, halved
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 TBSP whole grain mustard

- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 cup italian bread crumbs
- 2 slices white breaed, crumbled
- 1 TBSP milk
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella chese
- 1/4 cup parmsan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce plus 1/2 to 3/4 cup more for topping
