  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (about 9 ounces)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup hot strong brewed coffee
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate morsels
  • Cooking spray
  • Mocha Cream:
  • 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 1 (7-ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen light whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/3 cup light chocolate syrup (such as Hershey's Lite Syrup)

Put the bones into the pot first followed by the veggies, garlic, and apple cider vinegar

  • Cooked bones/carcass of chicken, cow, deer, turkey, pig etc depending on what you have (I like about half of the pot to be bones/carcass. You can freeze whatever bones don't fit for another time.)
  • 1-2 chicken feet (optional depending on if you have access - it gives really good gel to the broth. Ask your chicken farmer for them!)
  • 1-2 large carrots, coarsely chopped
  • 1 medium onion coarsely chopped
  • 2-3 stalks of celery, coarsely chopped
  • 1 head of garlic, smashed
  • 1-2 TB apple cider vinegar
  • Water enough to cover the bones

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, whole
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or 1 TBSP fresh oregano (I actually used a little fresh oregano and basil)
