- 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 pkgs (12 ct each) Profiterole Puffs (Frozen Foods)
- Horseradish Cream Sauce -
Chicken Paprikash With Dumplings

2. Meanwhile, season chicken with salt and pepper
- 1 1 to tsp. kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 2 2 1⁄2 2 cups plus 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 1⁄4 1⁄4 cup canola oil
- 1 1 3–4-lb. 6–8 3–4-lb. chicken, cut into 6–8 pieces,
- skin removed
- to ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 2 2 tbsp. sweet paprika
- 1 1 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 2 2 tomatoes, peeled, cored, seeded,
- and chopped (use canned italian tomatoes)

Bruschetta with Sauteed Mushrooms

Toast your bread in a toaster, grill pan or on the grill
- Italian bread, sliced
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra as needed
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 pound mixed mushrooms, chopped (recommended: shiitake, portobello, crimini)
- 1 handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, leaves picked and freshly chopped
- 1 small handful fresh thyme, leaves picked and freshly chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- splash of cognac
Cranberry Sauce Tricia's

Combine the sugar and water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 (16-ounce) bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup chopped apple
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup Grand Marnier
- 1/2 orange, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
Cranberry Sauce

Wash cranberries and set aside
- 1 pound (4 cups) fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries reconstituted with orange liquor over heat add cinnamon stick
- 1 cups sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 zest the orange and use the pulp
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- Sprinkle ground cinnamon
- 1 pack gelatin
Eggnog

1.Add all ingredients to the blender in the order of items listed
- Ingredients:
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- . 1 cup eggnog icecream
- 1 cup eggnog
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Garnish with ground nutmeg
- Optional: 1 oz each of bourbon and brandy
Pasta with creamed Beet Greens

Wash the greens, but do not dry
- 2 bunches Beet Greens
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 large yellow onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 3 ounces ricotta salata cheese
- 4 servings of linguine (I used DeCio Pasta - Beet Onionhttp://www.deciopasta.com/) - optional
Blue cheese dressing

Blend all ingredients in bowl, chill at least 1 hr for flavors to marry
- 1 c sour cream
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled (or more to taste)
- 2 Tbs fresh chives, minced
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- dash garlic powder
Potato Chips (Tricia)

In a large container, combine the vinegar, kosher salt, sugar and 2 cups water
- 1 cup sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons kosher salt, plus extra for seasoning
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 large baking potatoes, such as Idaho, peeled and shaved into thin slices with mandoline
- Peanut or veggie oil, for frying
Potatoes Romanoff

Preheat an oven to 425ºF
- 3 large russet potatoes, about 2 lb. total, unpeeled and scrubbed
- 3/4 cup minced shallots
- 2 1/2 cups grated white cheddar cheese
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
