Shrimp in Garlic Sauce

Preparation 1. Clean the shrimps, (and cut out the black thread down the back)
- Ingredients
- 1 lb. Shrimp
- 10 Garlic Cloves
- 2 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoon Oyster Sauce
- 2 Teaspoon Butter
- 2 Tablespoon Oil
- 2 Tablespoon Corn Flour
- 3/4 cup plus a couple tablespoons if necesaary water
Potatoes au Gratin

Directions Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed clean and sliced thinly
- 1 large onion sliced thinly
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups freshly grated sharp Cheddar
- 2 green onions, sliced thin (white and light green parts only)
Devil's Food Cake

Cake 1. Adjust the oven rack to the center of the oven and preheat to 350 F

- 1 1/2 cups cake flour (not self-rising)

- 2 large eggs, at room temperature

Granola Cranberry Nut

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F
- 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons wheat germ
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted and salted almonds
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted pecans
- 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 cup dried cranberries
Sweet Potato Balls

- 4 large sweet potatoes
- 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
- 2 cup shredded coconut, sweetened I use unsweetened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 large marshmallow per potato ball

In a medium bowl, add the Cheddar, mozzarella, yogurt, chives, salt and pepper, yellow and red peppers and jalapeno
- 1 cup finely grated Cheddar
- 1/2 cup finely grated low-fat mozzarella
- 2/3 cup plain nonfat Greek-style yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1 teaspoon lime zest
- salt and pepper
- 1 handful cilantro (chopped)
