Harissa Marinated Grilled Chicken

- 2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 2 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds

- 3 garlic cloves, smashed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup tomato paste
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Kosher salt
- 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces, or 8 chicken thighs and/or legs

Hearty Beef Nachos
