Easy Apple Strudel

1.Heat the oven to 375°F
- 1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 can (21 ounces) apple pie filling
Brownies, One Bowl

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream (light can be substituted)
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar (1/2 cup can be substituted with Splenda®if desired)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract or powder
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 cup cocoa (sift the cocoa first if it is in chunks)
- 1 cup unbleached white flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips -- white, milk, or semisweet (optional)
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling on top (optional)
Beverage: Yonanas Protein Packed

Run fruit through yonanas and mix well
- 1 cup cantaloupe, diced and frozen
- 1/2 a medium banana, frozen
- 1 cup Fage Total 0 Greek Yogurt
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract

A Pan Full of Loaded Nachos

Preheat broiler. Spread chips onto 2 (10x15 inch) jelly roll pans
- 1 large ag tortilla chips
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
- 2 tablespoons chopped jalapenos
- or 1 (4oz) can chopped green chilies
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 pound Pepper Jack or Sonoma Jack Cheese,
- shredded
Coq Au Vin Chicken

Sprinkle the chicken with 1 tbsp of the flour and season with salt and pepper
- 1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
- 1 lb (450 g) white boiling onions, peeled
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 4 tbsp butter
- 8 oz (225 g) small white mushrooms
- 4 oz (115 g) pancetta, diced
- one 750ml bottle Pinot Noir
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1/4 cup brandy or cognac
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bay leaf 1 tbsp olive oil

1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
- 1 cup (240 ml) milk
- 2 cups (320 g) frozen blueberries
- 3/4 cup (150 g) sugar or other sweetener, to taste

Chicken-Tequila Tailgate Sandwiches

Layer two 15-inch sheets of heavy-duty foil and fold them together around the edges to create one sheet
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 cup julienned red onion
- 1 tablespoon minced jalapeno pepper
- 1/2 cup julienned roasted red bell pepper
- 1 rotisserie chicken, skin removed and meat shredded
- Sea salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro, plus more for topping
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, plus more for topping
- 1 1/4 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 ounces tequila
