Beverage: Pat's Miracle Enzyme Lemonade to Slim

- 2 tablespoons fresh organic lemon juice

In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth

- 3/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
- 1/2 cup Butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 8 ounces Fettuccine; cook -- drain
Guilt Free Broccoli Rice Hot Dish

1. In a large bowl, combine the rice, cheese, egg substitute and garlic salt
- Filling:
- 2 cups hot cooked rice
- 3/4 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup egg substitute
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 4 oz. chopped fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1/2 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
Neely's Peach BBQ Sauce

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- Gina's Peach BBQ Sauce:
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 small shallot, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon reserved Peach Dry Rub, see recipe
- 2 cups ketchup
- 2 cups peach nectar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
Pancakes: Gourmet Banana Pecan Sour Cream Pancake

With this recipe, you add a mashed banana and a little banana flavoring along with cinnamon and chopped pecans
- 4 cups all-purpose flour cups
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup dry sour cream powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 2 teaspoons banana flavor
- 3 large eggs, whisked
- 1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
- 3 cups cool water or enough to reach the desired consistency

Homemade BBQ Sauce

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium-low heat
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons minced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 4 tablespoons distilled vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Dash salt

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C)
- 2 handfuls of Chinese greens, such as bok choy,
- sliced juice of 2 limes
- splash of soy sauce
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 in (2.5 cm) piece of fresh ginger, finely grated
- 2 tbsp five-spice paste or 2 tsp five-spice powder pinch of hot red pepper flakes
- 8 chicken pieces (a mixture of thighs and drumsticks, preferably free-range)
