Pasta: Giada's Fetticcine Alfredo

- 2 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoonss grated lemon zest
- Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- Salt
- Ground white pepper
Tyler's Mexican Grilled Corn

Remove the husks of the corn but leave the core attached at the end so you have something to hold onto
- 4 ears corn
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 lime, juiced
- Red chili powder, to taste
- 2 limes cut into wedges, for garnish

1.BROWNIES: HEAT oven to 350ºF
- BROWNIES
- Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
- 1/2 cup Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 1/2 stick Crisco® Baking Sticks
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (20 oz) bottle Smucker's® Chocolate Sundae
- Syrups Ice Cream Topping
- 1 1/3 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- CHOCOLATE FROSTING
- 1 (1 oz.) square unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup Crisco® Butter Shortening
- OR 1/4 stick Crisco® Butter Flavor
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Chicken: Yogurt Rach Dressing Marinated Chicken Tenders

Dressing: Combine the yogurt and milk in a medium bowl
- Dressing:
- 2 cups Greek-style yogurt or reduced fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 large cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion, a palmful
- 1 tablespoon paprika, a palmful
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
- A small handful dill leaves, finely chopped
- Pinch salt and freshly ground black pepper, plus more for seasoning
- 12 white meat tenders and 6 chicken leg drummers
- Vegetable or any light frying oil
- Flour mix:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder, a palmful
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning or ground thyme
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika or smoked sweet paprika, a palmful
- 1 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/3 palmful
- Honey and hot sauce, for serving
- Pickle spears, carrot and celery sticks and salted radishes, for serving

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 8 (10 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 (12 ounce) jar taco sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Fat Flush Curry Seasoning

Crush all the ingredients together using a mortar and pestle or grind together in a food processor until fine
- 4 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon dried fenel
- 1 tablespoon cayenne
- 1 tablespoon groun cinnamon
- 1 1/2 taspoons ground turmeric
- 5 whole cloves
Deep Fried Okra

Wash okra and drain well. Remove tip and stem end
- 1 lb. okra
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1-1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2 cups self-rising cornmeal

- 3 tablespoons (45 ml) lemon juice
- 1 anchovie fillet
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- ground black pepper to taste
