Today I finally made a Lemon Crazy Cake
- 1 1/2 Cups flour + 3 Tablespoons
- 1 Cup white sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest

- 1 tsp. white vinegar
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. pure lemon extract
- 5 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 Cup water

- For the cookie:
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- For the Filling and Topping
- 1 cup Wyman's Wild Blueberries, thawed and drained well
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil

- 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 C water
- 3/4 C sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 C crushed potato chips
