Mini Peanut Butter Cup Trifles

Yesterday I made these Mini Peanut Butter Cup Trifles and they were a huge hit! from sixsistersstuff
- 2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 package (3.9 ounces each) of instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 prepared angel food cake (8 to 10 ounces), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, 8 broken into pieces and 4 left whole for the top

- Crust
- 1 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
- 3 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 3 tbsp. margarine, melted
- Filling
- (2) 8 oz. packages of light cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 6 Dark Chocolate Hershey Kisses, unwrapped and ground (I used my food processor for this.)
- 24 Milk Chocolate Hershey Kisses, unwrapped and set aside

- Buttercream:
- 2 sticks salted butter, slightly softened
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons pure almond extract
- Ganache:
- 4 oz semi sweet chocolate, roughly chopped

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 & 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Buttercream
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 2-3 cups powdered sugar
- 2 pureed kiwis, be sure to remove the white center from the kiwis, or puree them really good. The white part can clog up your piping bag if it isn’t pureed well.
