- PANCAKE MIX:
- Before you make the mix, check the expiration date on your baking powder to be sure it is stated to last quite a while. Store the mix in your pantry for up to 3 months.***
- 6 C flour
- 4 T baking powder
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 6 T sugar
- PANCAKES:
- 1 1/3 C pancake mix
- 1 C milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 T butter, melted
