This is my family’s favorite cinnamon roll recipe
- 1 Tablespoon and 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 4 Tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/4 sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/3 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 to 2 Tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Mocha Mint Chocolate Chunk Cookies

- 2 and 1/4 cups (280 grams) all-purpose flour, measured accurately
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 Tablespoon instant coffee*
- 3/4 cup (1.5 sticks or 170 grams) unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 cup (150 grams) light brown sugar, loosely packed
- 1/2 cup (100 grams) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg + 1 egg yolk*
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 and 1/2 cup Andes Mint Baking Chips or chopped Andes Mint bars

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- For the cake:
- 6 large egg whites
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 1/4 cups granulated sugar (424 g)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup light sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 3/4 c flour (340 g)
- 1 teaspoons seat salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- For the frosting:
- 2 cups (4 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
- 8 cups powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
- Prepared blueberry sauce
- For the topping:
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 to 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup pistachios for garnish
