- 3 eggs
- 1 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 5 apples, peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
