- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
Breaded Chicken with Zucchini and Tomatoes

The garden fresh zucchini and tomatoes combined with fresh basil, mozzarella cheese and breaded chicken…oh, my
- 1 egg
- 1 T water
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 large zucchini
- 1 C Italian Bread Crumbs
- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 T olive oil
- 4 tomatoes, sliced (garden fresh is best, or purchase them still on the vine)
- 2 C shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 T fresh basil, chopped (there is really nothing quite as fabulous as fresh basil here. If you have to use dried only use 1 teaspoon)

- 1 cup butter
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice

- 1/3 cup graham crackers, finely crushed

Fall Scented Homemade Playdough

Instructions Sift together flour, salt and cream of tartar
- 1 Batch of Playdough
- 1 cup white flour
- 1/2 cup salt
- 2 Tablespoons cream of tartar (found in spice aisle)
- 1 Tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 Tablespoon ground cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, vanilla extract OR caramel extract to each batch made. Add more for stronger scent if desired.
- Brown Playdough
- 1 drop red
- 10 drops yellow
- 2-3 drops blue
- Red Playdough
- 20-30 drops red
- Orange Playdough
- 10 drops red
- 20 drops yellow
