Perfect Cupcake Frosting and Filling

Whisk together the flour and the milk
- 3 tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 cup milk (whole milk is best, but I use non-fat when it’s all I have and it’s actually fine)
- 1/2 cup real butter (I prefer salted, but you can use also unsalted and add salt to taste)
- 1/2 cup sugar (that’s granulated sugar, not powdered sugar)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or other flavor if you wish.

Raspberry-Almond Linzer Cookies

- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled, plus more for the work surface

Abruzze cookies - traditional - wipe pastry wraps jam, nuts, chocolate
- Dough:
- 2 1/2 cup oil
- 2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 orange zest
- 7 1/2 - 8 cups flour
- Filling:
- 1 jar grape jam (I mix 1/2 jar with equal amount of raisons and puree 250ml + 250ml)
- 2 oz. semi sweet chocolate (cut with knife)
- 1 zest orange
- a little cinnamon (I used 1 tsp)
- 4 – 5 walnuts
- 1 cup roasted almonds (ground in food processor on pulse, not too fine)
