  • Dressing:
  • 1 pkt. slivered almonds (lightly toasted) -not sliced
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 white cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 red cabbage shredded
  • (I use 1/2 and 1/2 cabbage)
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar ( I try to use less sugar, so I use 1/3 cup - I have also tried 1/4 cup, but that changes the flavor, not as tasty)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 vegetable cubes (I use McCormick's, no MSG)
