Black Forest Cake Roll

- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa

Sausage, Egg and Cheese Turnovers

- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 8 ounces sweet Italian pork sausage, casings removed

- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup dried cherries or cranberries
- Rotisserie Chicken from Supermarket, torn
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup walnut or olive oil

- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tablespoon(s) snipped fresh chives
- 2 tablespoon(s) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoon(s) Old Bay seasoning
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon zest
- 3 tablespoon(s) canola oil
- Citrus Wasabi Mayonnaise (recipe follows)
- Citrus Wasabi Mayonnaise: Stir 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest and 1 tablespoon lemon juice into 1/2 cup wasabi mayonnaise.
Pizzas with Eggs and Bacon

A breakfast pizza is a delicious way to dress up bacon and eggs
- Olive oil as needed
- 1 batch pizza dough (see related recipe at left)
- 8 thick bacon slices, about 1/2 lb. total, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- 4 eggs
- Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- Snipped fresh chives for garnish

- 1 12 oz package (2 cups) Nestle Toll House Semi-sweet Chocolate Morsels

- Shells:

- 1/4 cup white sugar

- 1/2 cup sweet Marsala wine
