- 4 teaspoons brown sugar

- 2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 3 tablespoons sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 2/3 cup sliced peeled apple
- TOPPING:
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon quick-cooking oats
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons cold butter

1. Place flour, eggs, salt, and sugar into the bowl of a bowl of a mixer fitted with a dough hook
- 4 lb. 7 oz. All purpose Flour
- 24 eggs
- 1 3/4 oz. salt
- 7 oz. granulated sugar

1. COMBINE flour and salt in large bowl
- COOKIES:
- 6 1/4 cups Pillsbury BEST® All Purpose Flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 sticks Crisco® Baking Sticks All-Vegetable Shortening
- OR 3 cups Crisco® All-Vegetable Shortening
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 5 large egg yolks
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1 (10-count) set star-shaped cookie cutters in graduated sizes (2" to 8" diameters)**
- ROYAL ICING
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 3 tablespoons meringue powder**

Cinnamon Toast Crunch Cupcakes

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line pans with 20-22 cupcake liners
- Cinnamon Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 3/4 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- Vanilla Cake Mix (not white cake mix)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch, lightly crushed
- Cinnamon Toast Crunch Buttercream:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup Cinnamon Toast Crunch powder
- (Crush the cereal in a bag and then sift out 2/3 cup)

Peach, Raspberry and Ricotta Crumble Cake

Stir sour cream and bicarbonate of soda in a jug to combine and set aside to foam (2-3 minutes)

- 220 g sour cream
- 1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 300 g plain flour
- 220 g raw caster sugar

- 30 g almond meal
- Finely grated rind of 2 limes
- 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 3 ripe peaches, halved and thinly sliced
- 125 g raspberries, plus extra to serve
- 200 g firm ricotta, coarsely crumbled
- Pure icing sugar, for dusting

- 1 can (29 ounces) Hunt’s® Tomato Sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 package (8 ounces) no-cook lasagna noodles
- 4 cups (16 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 1-1/2 cups (12 ounces) 4% cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Apple Pecan Mini Pies with Brie Cheese

These little mini pies are perfect
- 4 apples, peeled, cored and diced (I used Honey Crisp apples) - about 3 cups
- 1 TB butter
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TB cornstarch
- 2 TB fruit preserves (I used my Vanilla Fig and Pear Jam)
- 1 1/2 cups toasted pecans, chopped
- 16 toasted pecan halves to garnish
- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into 16 - 1/2 oz chunks.
- Filo Dough (the amount of sheets will depend on the size of your sheets. You will need enough sheets to make 16 sets of 4 - 4x4 sheets)
