Traditional Portuguese Piri Piri Sauce for Chicken

Add all ingredients to a bowl and whisk together
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced

Torta Pasqualina is a savory vegetable Easter pie with origins in the region of Liguria in northeastern Italy
- Dough:
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- Filling:
- 10-12 ounces Swiss chard, washed and trimmed
- 10-12 ounces spinach, washed and trimmed
- Salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 6 eggs, divided
- 1 cup ricotta
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
- Pinch of grated nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan

Tiramisu Cupcakes

To make the cupcakes: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cupcakes:
- 1/2 cup butter, room temperature
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 ounces milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup cake flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Coffee Soaking Syrup:
- 1/2 tablespoon
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon dark rum or coffee liqueur
- Chocolate Ganache Glaze:
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 ounces bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- Icing and Garnish:
- 8 ounces mascarpone
- 1/3 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 tablespoon sweet Marsala
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Cocoa Powder
- Chocolate shavings

- Ingredients:
- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp pure unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3-4 packets Stevia
- 8 oz water
- All natural peanut butter or any other nut butter of your choice
Rum Baba - authentic

Heat milk to 115 degrees F and then pour it into a small bowl
- Baba:
- 2 1/2 cups (250 gr) flour
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 tsp (5 gr) salt
- 2 1/2 Tbs (30 gr) sugar
- 1 package dry yeast (recipe says 1 1/3 tbsp 25 gr)
- 9 Tbs (125 gr) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup milk
- Rum Syrup:
- 2 cups (500 ml) water
- 2 1/2 cups (500 gr) sugar
- 1/2 cup good dark rum
- 2 tbsp (25 ml) apricot preserves

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
