Peaches cookies

Dough: Mix all ingredients together and leave in bowl for ½ hour
- Cookie:
- 4 eggs
- 3 3/4 cups flour
- 1 cups oil
- 1 cups sugar
- 1.5 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- Filling:
- 1/2 jar 350 grams welches grape jelly/jam (orange or peach)
- ¼ tsp. rum (to taste)
- 1/2 cup crushed walnuts, pecans, or almonds
- 1/2 jar Hershey unsweetened cocoa (3/4 cups)
Baked Cheese & Broccoli Patties

- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil (best to sub Olive or coconut oil instead)
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- 1/2 onion - chopped

Perfect Truffles

In a double boiler, bring the cream to a simmer
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate (cut into very small pieces) or 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (cut into small pieces)
- 2 tablespoons Butter Vanilla, Rum, or Coconut Bakery Emulsion (your choice)
- Optional coating Chopped pecans, toasted coconut, chocolate ganache or cocoa powder

- Cakelets:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups (185 gr) cake flour
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 12 TBS. (1 1/2 sticks/185 gr) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (250 gr) sugar
- 1/3 cup (80 ml) milk
- For Glaze:
- 2 cups (250 gr) confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) milk
- Food colouring (optional)
Salted Caramel Bundt Cake

To make the syrup: Add the sugar, 1/4 cup of the water, and the corn syrup to a medium saucepan
- Salted Caramel Syrup:
- {Note: this recipe is made in a mini bundt pan (6 cup, as noted below). I haven't tried doubling the recipe and baking it in a standard bundt pan so I can't say for sure how it would turn out.}

- 2 cups (240 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 10 tablespoons (144 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/4 cups (250 g) sugar
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup salted caramel syrup
- 1 cup whole milk, at room temperature
- Icing:
- 1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon fleur de sel
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
