Luscious Lime Cookies

Lovely, luscious lime cookies are perfect for you citrus lovers
- 1/2 cup (4 ounces) softened butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar or glazing sugar
- 1 1/2 to 2 teaspoons lime powder (depending on the degree of tartness you like)
- 1/2 teaspoon lime oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
- Reduce salt to 1/4 teaspoon if you're using salted butter.
- Topping
- 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar or glazing sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime powder
German Chocolate Brownies

I made these served them warm with ice cream, they were a hit
- 1 pkg Duncan Hines® Milk Chocolate Chunk Decadent Brownie Mix
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp butter or margarine
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut

Directions 1 Heat oven to 350°F
- 2 cups sugar
- 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- "PERFECTLY CHOCOLATE" CHOCOLATE FROSTING (recipe follows)
Grandmother Paula's Red Velvet Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Cake:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, at room temperature
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 2 ounces red food coloring
- 2 1/2 cups cake flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- Icing:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 1 cup melted marshmallows
- 1 (1-pound) box confectioners' sugar
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes

Combine all ingredients & mix with electric mixer for about 2 minutes
- 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1 C Milk
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 C Oil
- 2 C Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped & chopped (I used my food processor)

A fondant Wicked Witch of the East-like figure dangles deliciously from her perch: a cupcake topped with chocolate
- 24 (2 1/2-in.) cupcakes, baked in paper liners
- 1 1/2 cans (16 oz each) chocolate frosting
- 20 chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed
- 2 cups white rolled fondant (we used Wilton’s Ready-to-Use White Rolled Fondant)
- Gel or paste food color (black, purple, green, yellow)
- 2 -in. scalloped biscuit cutter
