Creamy Low-Cal Rice Pudding

Combine all ingredients in saucepan and cook over med heat, stirring constantly
- 1 pkg (4 oz) Jello sugar free pudding & pie filling
- 3 C cold skim milk
- 1/2 C min rice
- 1/4 C Raisins
- 1/8 t cinnamon
Kahlua Fudge

- 1 +1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1 7 ounce jar marshmallow creme
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1/4 cup Kahlua
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1 cup milk chocolate pieces
- 2/3 cup nuts, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence

- 1 gallon bottled Italian dressing
- 5 bottles Salad Supreme Seasoning (2.62 oz. each)
- 3 bunches celery, diced
- 12 medium green peppers, diced
- 12 medium onions, diced
- 6 pounds cheddar cheese, cut into ¼ inch cubes
- 12 pounds tomatoes, seeded and diced

- 2 celery stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces, about 14 cups
- 5 quarts water
- 1/2 cup browning sauce, optional
- 1/4 cup salt
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons dried thyme
- 3 tablespoons seasoned salt
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 12 bay leaves
- 15 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes, about 16 cups
- 10 pounds carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces, about 24 cups
- 10 cups frozen peas
- 10 cups frozen corn
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 to 4 cups milk
