Pecan Crackers

- 1/2 (16 ounce) package graham crackers
- 2 cups chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter

Beef and Cheddar Quiche

1. In a skillet, cook the beef until browned
- 3/4 pound ground beef
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Chicken Flautas

Combine chicken, Pace Thick & Chunky Salsa, onion and cumin; mix well
- 2 c Finely shredded or chopped cooked chicken
- 2/3 c PACE Thick & Chunky Salsa
- 1/4 c Green onion slices
- 3/4 ts Ground cumin
- Vegetable oil
- 32 Corn tortillas
- 2 c Shredded Monterey Jack or
- cheddar cheese
- guacamole
Two-Potato Salad

Combine the red potatoes and sweet potatoes in a large pot; add cold water to cover
- 1 1/2 pound(s) uncooked red potatoes, small, scrubbed and quartered
- 1 1/4 pound(s) sweet potato(es), peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove(s) (medium) garlic clove(s), minced
- 1/2 medium red onion(s), chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) parsley, fresh, chopped
- 3 Tbsp fat-free mayonnaise
- 3 Tbsp plain fat-free yogurt
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
Chex Original Party Mix

1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, nuts, pretzels and bagel chips; set aside
- 3 cups Corn Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Rice Chex® cereal
- 3 cups Wheat Chex® cereal
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup bite-size pretzels
- 1 cup garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips or regular-size bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces
- 6 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Marbled Brownies

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese with the sugar
- 1 box (8 oz.) reduced fat cream cheese
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/8 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package brownie mix (choose directions for the cake-style brownies)
- 1 cup M&M’S® Brand Chocolate Candies
Pasta Salad

Toss salad dressing over cooked pasta and add salad supreeme then all all chopped veggies
- 1 lb cooked pasta
- 8 oz italian salad dressing
- 4 T salad supreme
- chopped veggies: cucumbers, tomatoes, celery, radish, carrots.
Cheesy Garlic Chicken & Shells

- 8 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (2 lb.)
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups water
- 1 pkg. (24 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
- 1 large tomato, chopped
Foolproof Baby Back Ribs

- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
