Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

Place ribs on a rack in a large shallow roasting pan
- 5 to 6 lbs pork spare ribs or pork loin back ribs
- 1/2 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tblsp cornstarch
- 1 c ketchup
- 2/3 c vinegar
- 1/2 c cold water
German Dumplings

Peel and cube potatoes. Boil in large kettle in 2 quarts water with 1 tblsp salt
- Glace Dough:
- Potatos (peeled & cubed)
- 2 qts water
- 1 tblsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tblsp glour
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 cups pinapple juice
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- 3 quarts water
- 1 tblsp cooking oil
- 1 package (16 oz) Acini de Pepe
- 3 cans (11 oz each) mandarin oranges drained
- 2 cans (20 oz each) pinapple chunks, drained
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple drained
- 1 carton (9 oz) non dairy whipped topping
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 cup coconut

- 1/2 cup butter crisco
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp soda
vegtable casserole

Heat oven to 350 degrees F
- 13 pounds zucchini, cut into 1/4 inch slices
- 1/3 cup plus 3 tablespoons virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 13 pounds eggplant, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup Italian herb seasoning
- 1 gallon plus 9 cups canned peeled tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 6 3/4 pounds low fat ricotta cheese
- 3 cups grated Parmesan cheese
- 13 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups parsley, chopped
- 6 1/4 cups seasoned bread crumbs

- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (10.23 oz.) VELVEETA Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 5 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
Kahula Nuts

Toast the nuts on a pan in the oven at 300 for 20 mins, stiring so they don't burn
- 3 cups of whole nuts (peanuts don't work well)
- 1/2 cup kahula
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tblsp of light corn syrup
- 1 tblsp of butter (dont use margarine or topping gets cloudy)
Cheesy Ham and Potato Frittata

COMBINE 1-3/4 cups hot water, milk, Seasoned Potatoes, ham, onion and green pepper in large skillet
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pkg. (10.23 oz.) VELVEETA Cheesy Au Gratin Potatoes
- 2 cups chopped ham
- 1 small onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 of a medium green pepper, chopped (about 1/2 cup) 5 eggs, lightly beaten
Carrot Cake

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 for 50 mins or till done
- 2 cup sugar
- 3 cup flour
- 1 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 1 small can crushed pinapple juice & all
- 2 cup grated carrots
Presto Pesto Grilled Salmon

Brush both sides of salmon with Pesto sauce
- 2-4 salmon fillets or steaks
- 1 (6 oz.) jar Pesto sauce
- 1-2 pkgs. fresh fettuccine
- 1/2 - 1 c. chopped, seeded tomato
- 2-4 tbsp. butter
- 2-4 tbsp. chopped fresh chives (or 1 tbsp. dried)
- 1 tsp. grated lemon rind or dried lemon and pepper seasoning to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
