Worlds Best Lasagna

In a Dutch oven, cook sausage, ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until well browned
- 1 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 3/4 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 (6.5 ounce) cans canned tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 16 ounces ricotta cheese
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 pound mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Holiday Dessert Pizza

Press dough onto 14" pizza pan
- 1 pkg (20 oz) refrigerated cookie dough
- 8 oz light cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp grated orange peel
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (11 oz) dole mandarin orange segments, drained
- 1 can (8 oz) dole crushed pineapple in juice, drained
- 4 kiwi fruit peeled and sliced
- 1 cup seedless grapes
- 1/4 cup apricot jam, melted

Easter Breakfast Casserole

Place cubed bread in the bottom of a lighlty greased 9x13 baking pan
- 12 slices of white bread, cubed (crusts removed)
- 3/4 lbs cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 to 1 1/2 lbs of diced ham or ground sausage
- 12 eggs, slightly beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 cups milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Peanut Trifle

Prepare cakes according to package directions
- 2 pkgs (8.6 oz) mico chocolate cake
- 1 pkg (3 5/8 oz) chocolate pudding & pie filling
- 4 cup milk divided
- 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 pkg (3 1/4 oz) vanilla pudding & pie filling
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3 1/2 cup cool whip
- 2 large bananas sliced
- 1 cup unsalted peanuts
coleslaw

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss until thoroughly combined

- 1/2 pound Italian sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 pound hard salami, diced
- 30 slices pepperoni
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
