  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh chervil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon
  • 3 fresh chives, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 anchovy fillets, chopped
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
