Cinnabon Cupcakes with a Cream Cheese Glaze

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
- For the cake:
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 cup butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup whole milk (room temperature)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- For the frosting:
- 225 gms cream cheese (not softened)
- 1/4 cup butter , room temperature
- 2 tbs caramel sauce
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- For the caramel chocolate syrup:
- 4 tbs caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
Chicken Tikka Masala

- marinade:
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into one inch cubes
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1 cup plain yogurt (not nonfat–I used 2%)
- 2 garlic cloves, smashed
- 1 T canola oil
- juice of one lime
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 inch piece fresh ginger
- masala sauce:
- 1 T canola oil
- 1 yellow onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 T fresh ginger, minced
- 1 T garam masala
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 28 oz diced tomatoes
- 3/4 cup cream
- juice of one lime
- wooden skewers
Buttered Egg Noodles

Bring water, 2 boullion cubes and 1/2 stick of butter to boil using med to high heat
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup real butter
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Rosemary Chicken with White Beans

In a large skillet, brown chicken in oil in batches on both sides
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves ( 6 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 2 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 cup sliced fresh carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 2/3 cup Italian salad dressing
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Bacon Pierogi Bake

Preheat oven to 400. Spread the pierogies in a 11x7-inch glass baking dish coated with cooking spray
- 1 (16 oz) package frozen potato and onion pierogies
- cooking spray (I use my Misto)
- 2 center-cut bacon slices, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
- 1/2 cup lower-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup thinly diagonally sliced scallions
- 1/4 cup chopped seeded plum tomato (omitted this time)
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
BBQ Chicken Burgers

In a large bowl, combine chicken, BBQ sauce, paprika, onion and garlic powder, salt, pepper and cheddar cheese
- 1 pound ground chicken breast
- 1/4 cup finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce – use homemade or your favorite!
- 4 whole wheat buns
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- BBQ sauce for topping
- Gouda cheese for topping
Doggie Biscuits

Preheat oven to 350º F. Lightly oil a cookie sheet
- 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup dry milk powder
- 6 tablespoons beef fat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup ice water
- 1 tablespoon lecithin (optional)
Fiesta Chicken

In a large bowl, combine the soups, chopped tomatoes, picante sauce, green pepper, onion and chili powder
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1/3 cup picante sauce
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 teaspoons chili powder
- 12 corn tortillas (6 inches), cut into 1 inch strips
- 3 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Colby cheese

- 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 cup onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
- 1 jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
- 1 tub (10 ounces) Philadelphia Italian Cheese & Herb Cooking Creme, divided
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cups cooked penne pasta
Spinach Roll-Ups

Directions In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine spinach, ranch mix, mayonnaise, sour cream, bacon bits and onion
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 (1 ounce) package ranch dressing mix
- 1 cup mayonnaise or 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup bacon bits
- 3 tablespoons chopped onions
- 10 (12 inch) flour tortillas
