Chicken Enchiladas

Mix chicken, onion, cream cheese, and 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups chopped, cooked chicken
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup onion
- 12 6-inch tortillas
- 16 oz. can tomatoes
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 oz green chilies, chopped
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp cooking oil
Garlic Spareribs
