- 3 cups cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 2 Tbsp. sugar

- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 16 ounce package small cooked smoked sausage links
- 15 slices bacon, each cut crosswise into thirds

Macaroni and Cheese

- 7 ounces of spaghetti
- 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of chili pepper flakes
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pep
Chicken Breast Stuffed with Asparagus

Combine the butter, mustard,garlic and wine
- 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, halved and pounded flat
- 24 asparagus spears, lightly blanched
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/4 c dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 c white cooking wine
- 1 1/2 c panko bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
