Shake flour in oven bag. Place bag in a pan
- 1 large oven bag
- 2 Tablespoons flour
- 1 can (10Oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 2 Teaspoons chopped, canned or fresh jalapeno peppers
- 6 chicken pieces
- Seasoned salt
- 1 can (15Oz) black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper, cut into large chunks
- Hot cooked rice
Billy's Bourbon Chili

1. Cook beef, bourbon, half of the garlic, oregano and sage until browned
- 1 1/4 pounds ground beef chuck
- 1 cup bourbon
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp. dried sage
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 3 bell peppers (red, green and orange) seeded and chopped
- 1/2 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. ground chipotle pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 (28-oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (15.5 oz) can black eyes peas, drained and rinsed
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 3 fresh mint leaves, finely copped
- 4 Ounces shredded Cheddar
- Tortilla chips
