  • 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • CARAMEL ICING:
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Garnish: sweetened flaked coconut , chopped pecans
